Plan Validity

• The validity period of any plan begins strictly from the date of payment confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a payment has been processed for a selected plan, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Delays

• Delseeco Infotech reserves the right to suspend services, including but not limited to website servers, if payments or dues are not cleared within the agreed timeline.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

• Clients may upgrade to a higher-value plan within 30 days of the original purchase.

• Downgrading to a lower-value plan after purchase is not permitted.

Price Changes

• Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any plan purchased before a price revision will continue at the original price until its validity expires.

Domain Charges

• Website development plans exclude domain registration fees, which are billed separately.

• Domain pricing may vary based on third-party vendor charges and is beyond Delseeco Infotech’s control.

• Domain transfer services are not provided by Delseeco Infotech.

• The domain remains the property of the client during the validity period, and clients retain full rights to renew or surrender the domain post-expiry.

Digital Marketing Costs

• Advertising costs charged by platforms such as Meta and Google Ads (including charges based on area coverage and daily budget allocation) are to be borne directly by the client.

• Delseeco Infotech’s charges are limited to operational management and creative artwork related to these campaigns.

• Official invoices for charges from Meta and Google will be provided separately to the client.

• Note: These terms for separate payments to Meta and Google apply only when ad spend is not included in a bundled package offered by Delseeco Infotech.

WhatsApp Marketing

• For WhatsApp marketing services, clients must provide a dedicated mobile number owned by them.

• Any associated telecom operator costs for this number will be the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

• Delseeco Infotech will not be held responsible for third-party downtime, server issues, or delays caused by client-side actions (such as delayed approvals or payments).

Right to Modify Terms

• Delseeco Infotech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
